All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. We currently use Amazon Web Services. Where you have chosen a password, you are responsible for keeping it confidential.
Personal data may be processed under legitimate interests where processing is necessary for preventing fraud.
We retain data about active members. If we do not log activity from you for over 3 years, we will delete your personal data.
6. How You Can Manage The Information We Hold About You
You can manage your personal information under your profile settings where available.
You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data free of charge in a commonly used electronic format, although we may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
